Work was performed off-site, and hours are not captured and sent to Track application. This exception requires an override by adding the additional amount of hours.
The labor resource is actually a runner but is not assigned the runner pay formula. This exception requires either an override to adjust the hours or a runner pay formula assignment. The hours need to be recalculated.
The labor resource has a lunch deduction in his/her schedule and pay formula. They left the site for lunch outside of the lunch period. This exception requires an override to resolve the double lunch deduction.
The labor resource stays overtime to complete a job. The pay formula assigned to this labor resource only calculate the amount of time on-site. This exception requires either an override to adjust the hours or a different pay formula assignment. The hours need to be recalculated.
If a SCHEDULE status appears under the In/Out column, check a labor resource's assigned schedule.
If there is no schedule assigned to the labor resource, then he/she is on-site but is not scheduled to be there.
After assigning a schedule to a labor resource, click Calc Net to recalculate the hours.
If there is a schedule assigned and the labor resource still shows a SCHEDULE status, check the day details of the questionable schedule to see if there is a schedule assigned for that day.
