Geo Validation

The use of boundaries and the validation of badge events would be optional as indicated by the configuration setting at the location level. If changes are made to the use of boundaries setup, the user must relog into Track to enable or disable the use of boundaries function.

Enable or disable the Use of Boundaries feature

1. Hover a mouse pointer over the Settings menu on the menu bar to display its drop-down menu.

2. Slide a mouse pointer over Geo Options to display its menu.

3. Click Geo Validation to open the Location Settings screen.
   

4. From the Location Settings screen, select or deselect the Use Geo Boundaries checkbox to enable or disable the use of boundaries.

5. If applicable, select the cost object to the use of boundaries from the Geo Cost Object Level drop-down list.

6. Click Submit.
