Track has a feature for viewing a list of resources by labor or equipment. The listing of resources may have active, inactive, or both status.
Clicking the Resources menu link will open the View Resources screen.
Alternatively, hover a mouse pointer over the Resources menu link on the menu bar to display its drop-down menu.
Slide a mouse pointer over to the Available Resources option to display its menu.
Click View Resources to open the View Resources screen.
From the View Resources screen, select an organization from the Organization drop-down list to display the available resources in the Resource Listing.
Filter a search by clicking the Resource Type drop-down list and select Labor or Equipment to display the labor or equipment listing in the Resources Listing.
Select a labor or an equipment group from the Group drop-down list to display a list of resources from the selected group in the Resource Listing.
There are three options to display the resources with different status.
The Active button is selected by default, displaying only active resources in the Resource Listing.
Click the Inactive button to display inactive resources in the Resource Listing.
Click the Both button to display active and inactive resources in the Resource Listing.
Clicking the Add link will open the Labor Information screen or the New Equipment screen.
From the Resource Listing, click a labor resource to open the Labor Information screen, displaying the selected labor resource's detailed information.
From the Resource Listing, click an equipment to open the New Equipment screen, displaying the selected equipment's detailed information.
From the Resource Listing, click an agreement to open the Agreement screen, displaying the selected agreement's detailed information. (see also Agreements)
