The Project Management screen displays the detail or summary of the allocated hours and costs to Level 1 through Level 4, within the selected area. Track provides an option to view the hours and costs by one or all organizations. Submit search criteria within the Level 1, Level 2, or Area to minimize the displayed records. Refer to Allocate Labor Hours for more information.
Hover a mouse pointer over the Reporting menu link display its drop-down menu.
Click the View Projects to open the Project Management screen.
Project Management links:
Once an organization and dates are selected, click View to display the records in the Project List.
Once the records are displayed in the Project List, click Show/Hide Costs to display or hide Total Cost, located at the top of the Project List as well as the costs per line.
Enter the search criteria into the Search For text box then select the type of search by clicking the Level 1, Level 2, or Area button. Click Go to display the records accordingly.
Click the Expand All link to open all of the line items, displaying detailed labor, equipment, or material. Once clicked, the link changes to Collapse All. Click the Collapse All link to close all of the line items.
Click the Expand icon on a line item to open the labor, equipment, or material.
From the Project Management screen, select an organization from the Organization drop-down list.
Enter a date range into the From and To text boxes. Alternatively, select the dates from the calendars. (see also Date Format)
Click View to display the records in the Project List.
