Override Reasons Location

If Track application is being used across an enterprise with multiple locations, then it is possible to have location specific override reasons. Prior assigning the override reasons to a location, ensure the global override reasons are created at the Override Reasons screen. Refer to Override Reasons for more information on how to create a global override reason.

Open the Location Override Reasons screen

  1. Hover a mouse pointer over the Settings menu link on the menu bar to display its menu.

  2. Slide a mouse pointer over the Enterprise option to display its menu.

  3. Click Override Reasons Location to open the Location Override Reasons screen.

 

Assign Override Reasons to a Location

  1. At the menu bar, select a location from the Location drop-down list to display the available override reasons in the Override Reasons list box and its previously assigned override reasons in the Location Override Reasons Listing.

  2. From the Location Override Reasons screen, select one or more override reasons from the Override Reasons list box, using the Control or Shift key control. (see also Control and Shift Keys)

  3. Click the Require Attachment checkbox to require the override attachment at a Location level.

  4. Click Add to assign the selected override reasons to the selected location.

 

Delete an Override Reason from a Location

  1. At the menu bar, select a location from the Location drop-down list to display its previously assigned override reasons in the Location Override Reasons Listing.

  2. From the Location Override Reasons Listing, click the Delete icon on a line item. The delete confirmation pop-up message appears.

  3. Click OK to delete the selected override reason from the selected location and transferred it back to the Override Reasons list box.
