Hover a mouse pointer over the Settings menu link on the menu bar to display its drop-down menu.
Slide a mouse pointer over the Unit Price option to display its menu.
Click Material Factor to
open the Material Factor screen.
If applicable, select a location from the Location drop-down list located at the menu bar.
From the Material Factor screen, select a material factor group from the Material Factor Group drop-down list.
Enter the new material factor name into the Material Factor Name text box.
The numerical value factors into the Unit Price calculations as multiplier, resulting in the higher rate for the corresponding invoice. Enter a numerical value into the Material Factor Multiplier text box.
Enter a material factor group description into the Material Factor Description text box.
Click Add to save and display the new material factor in the Material Factor Detail grid.
From the Material Factor Detail grid, click the Edit icon on the line item to enable the Material Factor, Multiplier, and Description text boxes.
Make the changes to the selected material factor then click the Update icon to save the modifications.
From the Material Factor Detail grid, click the Delete icon on a line item. The delete confirmation pop-up message appears.
Click OK to delete the selected material factor.
