Manage Folders

Users may create folders to store the new and duplicate reports. Folders can be renamed. If the folders are empty, they can be deleted.

 

Create a new folder

  1. From the Business Intelligence screen, click the Manage Folder icon in the Main Menu to display the folder options.

  2. Select Add Root Folder option to enable the text box in the folder listing area.

  3. Enter the name of the folder into the text box then click anywhere in the folder listing area to save and display the new folder name.

 

Edit a folder name

  1. Right-click the mouse on the selected folder name to display the folder options.

  2. Click the Rename option to enable the text box.

  3. Make the corrections to the folder name then click anywhere in the folder listing area to save and display the modified folder name.

 

Delete a folder

  1. Right-click the mouse on the selected folder name to display the folder options.

  2. Click the Delete option.

  3. The pop-up message appears. Click OK to delete the selected folder.
