Default Area ID of the Level 1 or 2 Cost Object feature

When Track user selects the Default option from the Area ID drop-down list, the default area ID of Level 1 and 2 cost object will display under the Area ID drop-down list, depending on the External Systems setup.

The Default Area ID of Level 1 or 2 Cost Object feature will affect the following Track pages:

• Allocate Labor (Allocations > Allocations > Labor Hours)
  
    

• Quick allocation – Labor (Allocations > Allocations > Quick Allocation)
  
    

• Quick allocation by resource (Allocations > Allocations > Quick Allocation By Resource)
  
    

• Allocate Equipment Hours / Other Cost (Allocations > Allocations > Equipment Hours/Costs)
  
    

• Allocate Material Charges (Allocations > Allocations > Material Charges)
