Other Equipment Costs

Other equipment costs are additional costs that are related to the equipment usage such as fuel, repairs, or mobilization. The other equipment costs display in the Equipment Hours or Rental Equipment screen, depending on the Agreement setup.

Open the Other Equipment Costs screen

  1. Hover a mouse pointer over the Settings menu on the menu bar to display its drop-down menu.

  2. Slide a mouse pointer over Equipment to display its menu.

  3. Click Other Equipment Costs to open the Global Other Equipment Costs screen.

 

Add other equipment costs description

  1. From the Global Other Equipment Costs screen, enter a new other equipment costs description into the Other Equipment Costs Description text box.

  2. Enter a detailed description into the Description text box, if applicable.

  3. There are 3 options to classify the equipment group/type combinations. Select one of the following options from the Classification drop-down list.

  4. Click Add to save and display the other equipment costs description in the Other Equipment Costs Listing.

 

Edit other equipment costs description

  1. From the Other Equipment Costs Listing, click the Edit icon on a line item to enable Other Equipment Costs Description and Description text boxes.

  2. Make the changes then click the Update icon to save and display the modifications in the Other Equipment Costs Listing.

 

Delete other equipment costs description

  1. From the Other Equipment Costs Listing, click the Delete icon on a line item. The delete confirmation pop-up message appears.

  2. Click OK to delete the selected other equipment costs description.
